A Good Omen
A Good Omen
Smooth and bright with a hint of sweet. Floral. Energetic. Soul-warming. Herbaceous. Multidimensional. Passes as an aperitif, moonlights as a digestif, exists somewhere in-between. Tastes like divine intervention.
Originally created by mystic monks for its medicinal properties, the hierbas we raise our glasses to today is the same bouquet of 15ish wild botanicals hand harvested from the islands off the coast of Spain. The sound “Basbas” would seal each monk’s toast as a prayer…a blessing…an invocation and a celebration. Hundreds of years later, the recipe and the traditions that animate it have been passed down from generation to generation without alteration.
The moment it hits your lips, the ceremony begins…
